A. Payments can be made with Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal funds. If you prefer you can also place an order over the phone or via email.
Q. I noticed that while I was checking out that there was no delivery charge added automatically?
A. That is correct, because of the large delivery area we serve the price varies depending on the location, please visit our delivery page to determine which delivery area you are in, and add that delivery location to your cart.
Q. How are delivery charges determined?
A. Delivery charges are based on the distance from our Manitowoc Store, when placing an order online visit our delivery page before finishing your order.
Q. Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?
A. Customers shopping on the Roorbach Flowers website can make an online payment with or without an existing PayPal account.
Q. Is my credit card information safe when I place an order through Roorbachflower.com using PayPal?
A. PayPal uses state-of-the-art encryption, so your data is not available to anyone.
Q. Can I still place an order directly with a Roorbach's associate rather than with the online shopping cart?
A. Yes, simply call us at 1-877-798-3037, or email us at flowershop@roorbachflowers.com, we can take your credit card information over the phone at that time. If you order by email please do not include your credit card information at that time, we will call you to get the information.

Delivery Information:
Roorbach's delivers personally within the city of Manitowoc on a continuous basis throughout the day; we deliver to the city of Two Rivers and throughout Manitowoc County once each day in the afternoon. Exceptions to this policy may be made at holidays.Delivery for special events (funerals, weddings, parties, etc.) are whenever needed regardless of time or day of the week. There are no holiday exceptions for special deliveries. Special delivery requests are honored whenever possible at an additional charge. The delivery to an address anywhere in the City of Manitowoc is $7.00, the City of Two Rivers is $7.00. Rural delivery charges are based on the distance from our store. At Roorbach's, we do our best to fill each order we receive exactly as shown in the picture featured on our website. There will be times however, when a particular flower and/or color will be unavailable to deliver as requested. Any substitutions we make will always be to full value and quality. If you are ordering by fax or e-mail, please indicate on your order form if a substitution is acceptable. If we need to contact you regarding a substitution, please let us know how to do so
