Delivery Information:

Roorbach's delivers personally within the city of Manitowoc on a continuous basis throughout the day; we deliver to the city of Two Rivers and throughout Manitowoc County once each day in the afternoon. Exceptions to this policy may be made at holidays.

Delivery for special events (funerals, weddings, parties, etc.) are whenever needed regardless of time or day of the week. There are no holiday exceptions for special deliveries. Special delivery requests are honored whenever possible at an additional charge.

The delivery to an address anywhere in the City of Manitowoc is $5.00, the City of Two Rivers is $6.00. Rural delivery charges are based on the distance from our store. Click here for rural delivery rates.

Availability/Substitution Policy:

At Roorbach's, we do our best to fill each order we receive exactly as shown in the picture featured on our website. There will be times however, when a particular flower and/or color will be unavailable to deliver as requested. Any substitutions we make will always be to full value and quality. If you are ordering by fax or e-mail, please indicate on your order form if a substitution is acceptable. If we need to contact you regarding a substitution, please let us know how to do so
